LSA praises God for  the ten (10) years of  serving Him in the ministry  here in the Philippines. We’ve seen  how  He  has  moved in  mighty ways   as  He  has  helped us  to oversee local pastors and churches in our quest to fulfill the Great Commission.

LSA team members Michelle, Alice and Kay

Many of our ministry partners from different local churches and ministries graced us with their presence at a very special occasion.

Sister Anne,  the Executive Director and founder of  LSA,  opened the celebration by welcoming everyone. She also shared the vision for the future of LSA.

Sis Anne opened the celebration with a welcome address

Our friends and partners in the work of the Gospel, Tehillah Church, offered their music team to lead our Praise and Worship Session. Michelle, from the LSA team, joined her voice with theirs.

We  were   also   blessed  by  Sister   Anne’s  pastor,  Terry Roberts, (Senior Pastor,  Faith Christian Family Church in Warrenton, Missouri, USA) who served as our guest of honor and main speaker. He gave an encouraging word to everyone on building the church and making it a priority to disciple the nations. The people were encouraged and local pastors were urged to attend the Church Planting Movement Seminar the next day taught by Pastor Terry.

At the conclusion of his message, Pastor Terry and His wife Becky had a surprise for Sister Anne. They presented her a plaque of Appreciation for her years of service and a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

Several other awards were presented.

Future of LSA

LSA will do its role as a mission mobilizer. A mission mobilizer is one who informs others about the need for missions work and what is being done to meet the needs, as well as motivates others to get involved through:

1. Sending/giving

2. Going

3. Praying

4. Mobilizing

5. Advocating

6. Welcoming

Every Believer is called to at least one role. We are here to help local churches mobilize every believer into at least one of them.

As believers become focused on finishing the task of reaching all Unreached People

Groups (UPG), it will be possible to reach them in a very short amount of time.

LSA is here with the passion of serving through:

  •   Encouraging local churches through mentoring and consultation;
  • Standing in the Gap for Unreached people groups by initiating Global Prayer groups that will coordinate focused prayer on UPG’s;
  •   Establishing more Global prayer groups;
  •   Teaching existing prayer groups how to effectively pray for Great Commission work; and
  • Organizing groups to engage unreached people groups in the northern regions of Luzon Island.

The Philippine church is strategically placed geographically and is strong enough to fulfill the many prophecies about it becoming a GREAT SENDING NATION. Now is a great time for the churches here to step out into that God-ordained role of ‘Finisher’.

Can you imagine if the entire global church were SENDING to the UNREACHED?  It would be a magnificent motion picture filled with action outpoured from a heart full of love for Jesus. That  motion picture could  be entitled, “The Acts  1:8 church in Action Today”.

Matthew  24:14  is  our  goal,  our   finish line. This gospel of the Kingdom shall be proclaimed as a testimony to all the nations, then the end shall come.

LSA is committed to rising to this challenge, but we can’t do it alone. It requires all of us to work together to be THE FINISHERS of the Great Commission in this generation.
