The LSA Book Project was born after the great need for good Christian books and teaching materials in local languages was recognized in closed access countries of the 10-40 window. During the Covid-19 Enhanced Community Quarantine in the Philippines, the project was advanced and more titles and author agreements for translation and distribution was gathered. The translation work is advancing
The Mission of this project is to take the gospel message and Christian training into places where the gospel has never been preached and to train church leadership and new believers.
The vision for this project is to provide good Christian books and teaching materials in local languages in countries where these materials are difficult for the people to obtain. Our teams and partners in their respective countries handle the translation process, printing, and distribution of the completed translations.
The funds for the first printing of the book is provided by ministry partners and friends. As the project grows, it will become self-sustaining and provide ministry funds to be used in the countries where the books are sold.
Already seven books has been completed. By the end of this year, our goal is to supply books in two countries. We believe more translations in more languages will come as we grow and follow the leading of the Lord.
Our prayer for this project is: “And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6
